******Please note USPS is experiencing delays with the upcoming holiday rush******* Processing time is between 3 to 5 days (this is the time it will take to print, package and send out your order since all planner sheets are made to order according to your specifications) however I do strive to get all orders out as soon as possible. Please note that processing time DOES NOT include shipping time.
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class with a tracking number sent to your email. Once shipped, USPS is in possession of your order, and I cannot be held responsible for delays or lost orders, although I do my absolute best to ensure safe delivery. If there are any issues with receiving your order after USPS takes possession, please file a claim with USPS, but feel free to reach out to me for support.
